The primary object of the Charity is to provide advice and guidance at our monthly Suppport Group Meetings to those with COPD to help them live with the condition and enable a better quality of life.  We meet at the Gosport Leisure Centre every 1st Thursday of each month between 2 and 4pm.  Come along and meet new people and learn what COPD is all about and how it can be controlled.

We also provide Pulmonary Wellbeing Exercise Classes at the Gosport Leisure Centre and the Meadowside Centre at Whiteley.  These are light exercises designed to improve breathing techniques, muscle mass and energy to enable participants to do more in their day to day lives. 

They also provide an ideal social support base to make new friends who understand totally what having COPD is like and of course that all important laughter - yes - they are good fun.  Just come along and spectate before you make up your mind to join a group, you are under no pressure whatsoever to exercise, just do what you can and you will be surprised just how quickly you can do more.
